Dr. Update

So we went in = no changes. She did some "stirring" (ugh - I hate anything medical). Apparently, if my body is truly ready to go, that should work within a few days. She said I wasn't rating high enough on the Bishop (?) Scale to warrant inducing me and it sounded like the labor would be pretty hard if she did it today. Yikes!!!

She's super awesome so she decided she'd induce me on Monday or Tuesday if I haven't had the farmbaby by then. This is great news since I can't imagine having these contractions and back labor for another two weeks. lol. :) Things have slowed down since about 1:30 a.m., though.

I'm going back to the spa (ahhhh....) for some reflexology and a foot/leg massage today. Did I mention how much I love Winter Shutdown?? :) Anyway, maybe that will send me into labor again. Hehe.

Thanks to everyone who has called or texted to check on me. Sorry if I haven't gotten back to you yet - I will. :) I'm having a hard time keeping up :) but I really appreciate all of the calls, texts, emails, comments and facebook notes!
