Our beloved baby, William Wiese Steward arrived via c-section on January 7, 2010 at 10:51 p.m.! :)
He was 7 lbs 14 oz and 21 inches long :)
I was in labor for 16 wretched hours and pushed for 3 horrible, awful, ridiculous hours. He was face up and couldn't make it under my pelvic bone. Finally, my midwife called my doctor and he agreed he just wasn't going to make it out. So they took me to surgery. I did feel better when they sliced me open (YIKES), the dr confirmed again that he wouldn't have made it out the regular way. :)
The baby is super sweet and adorable!!! It was totally worth it! Post more soon!

Congrats Ann and Kurt, and big sister Belle! Bummed to hear you had to have a c-section, but everyone is safe and healthy which is what's important! Take care of yourself and your new little bundle :)
