Friday P.M.

Waaaaah!! Unfortunately, that's not the sound of a screaming baby! That's the sound of a screaming, whiney STILL pregnant mommy!

So sorry for the lack of postingness this afternoon!! We had lunch at this random small-town bar/restaurant called G.B.'s (it's somewhat "by our house"). Hilarious how my definitely of "by our house" has changed since moving to the boondocks. In town, "by our house" means like within walking distance if need be. Out here, "by our house" means it's a 15 minute drive at 60 mph on random gravel roads. Weird.

Anyway, we then stopped by to see off Kurt's good friend from high school who was in town from Hawaii and leaving today. I fell in love with his sister's toy maltese!! Normally, I'm more into big dogs but this little Sophie dog was just TOO DARN CUTE. She is only 2.5 lbs and soooooooooooo sweet!!!!!!!! She drinks out of a little rabbit water bottle thing. Kurt just looked at me and said "no." lol. Surely he could tell I was about to start begging for a Sophie dog. Then we went to the in-laws for awhile and watched football (=love). Then some friends came over to our casa and we SERIOUSLY went BACK to G.B.'s for dinner. LOL. I can't believe it either! However, it was fun and nice to chat with everyone.

So we just got home now and I logged on as soon as I came in. :)

Hopefully I will have more scoop in the a.m.!! I am doubting it though as all is calm and the baby is livin' large and lovin' the sheltered life!
