Dear Epidural,

Its 5:30. K you guys were right. Being induced sucks. Bad. Horrible. The worst. Thank god for the epidural guy. Even though I was freaking out once he got into the room and didn't want one. I feel bad for scaring the hell out of Kurt in the process. It wasn't pretty. This was around 3:30ish. I made it about 8.5 hours without one and called it a day. Now I feel like a million freaking dollars.

They last checked me around 4:15. I was a 4 and 100%. She said she'll check me again around 6:15.

One mistake I made today was viewing the tool they use to break your water. Yikes. This occurred around noon and I'm still traumatized.

My husband is the absolute greatest. Our midwife loves him and said "Kurts a midwife too!" Bc he is so good with the whole thing. :). He's doing soooo good and helped me so much. Even though it was scary, I'm sure he's glad to see my out of pain every 1.5 to 2 minutes. Pitocin is no bueno!! Oh and he did have two dozen red roses delivered to my room around lunchtime. One from him and one from Belle. Of course I started crying sobbing. :)

My dad has been sweet enough to be up here a lot of the day, mostly hanging out in the waiting room. Which was great bc when I made Kurt go eat dinner, I wasn't alone. And Dad went and got me cherry 7up at the gas station. :). :).

Okay, I better get back to resting. I will post another update when baby arrives!
